No worries, my friend. My 10 1/2 month old has been saying “Mama, mama” for months now. Maybe it is purely coincidental that that is the first sound that came out of his mouth…and has NO resemblance to real speech…but it did not come out sounding like, “Papa’s got a brand new bag!”. And there’s not a thing I can do about it.

Although every time he says, “Mama, mama,” a a part of me loves him even more.

Hang in there, fella. He’ll take note of you (and your wallet) soon enough!

Cheers…and so pleased that you guys managed to make some sense of the milk-intolerance issue. NO fun. But we all get our version of that, don’t we? Hope you’re getting some sleep finally. Or at least less screaming during your walking-zombie hours.
